GRT's Approach to Public Private Partnerships

GRT consciously fulfills its mission and goals by developing and engaging in public-private partnerships. Through these partnerships, GRT leverages existing strengths and competencies across sectors and achieves results efficiently, effectively, and responsibly. This partnership approach increases the likelihood of project success, draws on existing expertise, diffuses risk, and minimizes costs for all involved, including end users. This allows GRT to create superior dosimetry products at the lowest feasible cost that can be deployed around the world wherever they are needed.

GRT acknowledges that not all public-private partnerships are successful, positive, and are sometimes not executed in the best interest of the public. For instance, new technologies and drugs emerging from public-private partnerships are sometimes cost-prohibitive, impractical, or not fit for purpose. To avoid this and other potential pitfalls, GRT invests an immense amount of time and effort evaluating and vetting potential partnerships and partners to ensure they are the correct fit for all involved, especially for our main client – the public. Key features of strong public-private partnerships that GRT looks for and actively promotes include transparency, mutual agreement, alignment of values and mission, dependability, integrity, and ethicality.
